Edit prices of submitted order

After a quote request is submitted, there are some circumstances where you need to make adjustments to the prices that have already been calculated. Here's how you can do so.


IN THIS ARTICLE


1. Edit total cost


  • On the Orders list, select the request you want to edit.
  • Change status to "On Hold" or "Pending" > Click "Update".
  • After the status is changed, scroll to the line showing the value of total cost > hover over that line to see the "Pen" icon.
  • Input the new cost value > Hit "Save".

2. Edit Upgrade and Option Costs

Note: This feature is available on Standard Configurator only. Dealer Configurator under Manufacturer does not support this ability because component's price is defined by Manufacturer.


In case you want to adjust the prices of particular options or upgrade items in the building, here's how you can do it.


  • On the "Edit order" page, click "Change Upgrades and Options Cost" button.
  • On the pop-up screen, look for the options and input the new cost you want to have.
  • Hit "Update System Pricing". The change will be reflected in the total cost simultaneously.
