Receive and Manage orders

View Order list

Go to “WooCommerce → Orders

Each row displays a received order with extra details, including:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Date of purchase

  • Order status

  • Billing address

  • Shipping address

  • Purchase total

  • Actions


The number displayed to the right of the Orders text in WooCommerce menu is the processing orders in your store.



Preview Orders

  • Order rows have a Preview “eye.”

  • Click on that Preview mode to see general info on the order.



View and Edit an Order

Edit order details:

  • To change the date and time, use the dropdown date selector and the quantity selectors for the time.

  • To change the status, choose the right status in the dropdown.

  • To change the customer, select the current customer and search for the new customer.



Edit shipping and billing

  • Click on the “Pencil” icon
  • Under “Billing”, the following info can be adjusted:
    • Billing address — this can also be loaded from the customer’s profile by selecting “Load billing address”
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Payment method and details
  • Under “Shipping”, the following info can be changed:
    • Shipping address — this can also be loaded from the customer’s profile or copied from the billing address
    • Customer provided note
