For some orders/ quote requests, you may need to add an additional fee(s) to the order details (for example, Handling fee or Foundation setup fee).
Below is the instruction on how to enable the option to add additional line item(s) to orders.
Change order status to "Pending payment" Or "On Hold".
Click "Update" to save the change.
2. Hit "Add item(s)" button
3. Select the fee(s) you want to add > Input the label of the fee
4. Click “Edit” to input name and cost > Hit “Save” to save the additional line item.
5. Send the revised invoice/order to customers (Refer to details in this article Send order details/invoices to customers).
