For some orders/ quote requests, you may need to add an additional fee(s) to the order details (for example, Handling fee or Foundation setup fee).
Below is the instruction on how to enable the option to add additional line item(s) to orders.
Change request status to "Pending payment" Or "On Hold".
Click "Update" to save the change.
2. Navigate to the pricing calculation section at the end of the request details page > Hit "Add item(s)" button
3. Select the fee(s) you want to add > Input the label of the fee
Note: The 'Add Tax' button will only appear if the Tax setting is enabled in your Configurator. If you have any questions about setting this up, please reach out to your Account Manager or Project Coordinator.
4. Click “Edit” to input name and cost > Hit “Save” to save the additional line item.
5. Update the request's status to the latest.
6. Send the revised invoice/order to customers (Refer to details in this article Send order details/invoices to customers).
