Send updated request with or without price to customers

Customers always receive a summary of their quote request soon after they submit the order to you. 


In case you update their request and want to send the details with the updated info (and even with price included) or customers request you to resend, you may send the details using the instruction below.


  • Go to "My Store" > "Orders" and select the one that needs to send the updated request
  • Navigate to “Order actions
  • Choose “Send request details to customers
    If it’s ready to send details with price, select “Email details to customer with price
  • Click the button “Update” to complete the action.
