If you want your web prospects to have the option to accept the quote you send with one click, read through the instruction below and utilize it for your needs.
- Step 1 - Enable the feature: Go to My Store > Settings > Payments > Request a Quote
- Step 2 - Set up email to receive notifications
Enable the feature: Go to My Store > Settings > Payments > Request a Quote
- Check the box “Enable Approve Quote in Email”
- Set up Confirmation content for Customer

- Follow the instruction here - Assign recipients to receive quote requests
All Set! - Soon after you send quote details/ price of the requested building to the customers (following the instruction here - Send request details to customers):

What do you and your prospects see?
- For prospects: they will see the options to accept or decline the quote in the quote details you send to them via email.
- For you, as an admin:
- You will receive a notification if they accept or decline the quote
- In the admin portal of the 3D Configurator > My Store > Orders: The status will change to “Quote Accepted”
