How to Print an order form (with and without price)

When assisting a customer in person and using the 3D Configurator as a sales tool, the ability to print the configurator screen can be highly useful. 
The printout includes building details and captured images, including a 2D floor plan, providing both you and your customer with a clear, physical record

Where to Find the "Print Order" Option

• On 3D Design Page
• On Order details page

1. On 3D Design Page

   Use this feature when designing a shed for a customer and need to provide them with a printed order form.

- Login to your account. (If you don’t have access, contact your Account Manager.)

- On the 3D Design page, design the build as needed

- Click "Print Order"

- Fill out customer details: Add the customer's contact and shipping information if needed.

- Add payment details – Click "Add Fields" to include deposit information, notes, or other relevant details.

- Once confirmed, click "Print order with Price" or "Print order without Price" upon your need.

2. On the Order details page

Once a request is created, you can print the order from the Order Details page by following these steps:

- Login to your account

- Access "My Store" > "Requests". Find the request you want to print.

- Select "Print Order" listed under "Request action" section, then click ">" to confirm the action.

The order form with building details, customer details will show in printable format.

- Add payment details – Click "Add Fields" to include deposit information, notes, or other relevant details.

- Once confirmed, choose your print option: "Print order with Price" or "Print order without Price".
