Search for your business name + location (state) on Google
Find your profile
Click “Write a review”
Add new photos to your profile

Turn on the Message feature in Google Business Profile
Why: To allow your customers to reach out to the business directly from search results, and you can reply to customers easily within your Google Business profile.

Upload posts
- Why: Posts let you engage with your audience and keep your presence fresh on Google. You can publish offers, events, products, and services directly to Google Search and Maps through posts on Google Business Profiles.

- On google.com, login to the google account that has access to your business profile
- Under the control panel, click Add update and start writing.
- What to post about:
- Your promotion programs or special offers
- Introducing your products, services, or your new builds
- Your business events
